At Swift Art, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services and products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns are processed.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the service or product.
  • Only items purchased directly from Swift Art are eligible for refunds.
  • Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or not as described.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom patches, digitized files, vectorized designs, and any other customized services or products are non-refundable unless there is a fault in the product or service provided.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact us at sales@swift-art.com with your order details and the reason for the refund.
  • We will evaluate your request and notify you of the status of your refund within 7 business days.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
  • You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom patches, digitized files, vectorized designs, and any other customized services or products are non-returnable unless they are defective or not as described.
  • Gift cards and promotional items cannot be returned.

Requesting a Return

  • To request a return, please contact us at sales@swift-art.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address if your return is approved.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Returns

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges for other reasons are subject to our discretion and availability of the desired replacement item.

  • We will provide you with exchange instructions if your request is approved.
