Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the service or product.
- Only items purchased directly from Swift Art are eligible for refunds.
- Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or not as described.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom patches, digitized files, vectorized designs, and any other customized services or products are non-refundable unless there is a fault in the product or service provided.
- Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.
Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, please contact us at sales@swift-art.com with your order details and the reason for the refund.
- We will evaluate your request and notify you of the status of your refund within 7 business days.
Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
- You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom patches, digitized files, vectorized designs, and any other customized services or products are non-returnable unless they are defective or not as described.
- Gift cards and promotional items cannot be returned.
Requesting a Return

- We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address if your return is approved.
Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Returns
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Items may be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges for other reasons are subject to our discretion and availability of the desired replacement item.
